We bake our own sponge and we bake every day to ensure are cakes our at their freshest when you receive them.

We do not use any animal fat or animal bi-products in our cakes.

We do not use any alcohol in our cakes.

We do not use any nuts in our cakes, but for legal reasons we have to say that we cannot guarantee they are completely free of nut traces.

All our items are suitable for vegetarians.

Our edible icing sheets and edible inks are certified Kosher.

Our gluten free cakes, cupcakes and cookies contain no wheat or gluten.

Our dairy free cakes, cupcakes and cookies contain no dairy products and our dairy & egg free products contain no dairy products or eggs.

Wheat flour, sugar, egg, vegetable margarine, calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, glucose syrup, fruit, pectin, citric acid, sodium citrate.

Chocolate Sponge: Cocoa Powder

Vanilla Sponge: Nielsen Massey natural vanilla extract.

Gluten Free Cakes and Cupcakes

Rice flour, potato flour, tapioca, maize, buckwheat, sugar, egg, vegetable margarine, calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, glucose syrup, fruit, pectin, citric acid, sodium citrate, xanthan gum.

Chocolate Sponge: Cocoa Powder

Vanilla Sponge: Nielsen Massey natural vanilla extract.

Dairy and Egg Free Cakes and Cupcakes

Wheat Flour, sugar, soy milk, vegetable oil, calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, glucose syrup, fruit, pectin, citric acid, sodium citrate.
