Postage rates
Kiss Cakes can be delivered worldwide. The first available date for delivery will be shown on the calender when you complete the order form. All items are made and personalised to order and therefore we require some time to freshly make and personalise before despatch, plus postage time. All our items are despatched using Royal Mail services and delivery times are dependant on the the service you select:-
UK First Class Recorded Delivery: Delivery usually takes 1-3 days. We will aim to deliver for your chosen date, however we cannot guarantee that it will arrive on this date. (see terms).
UK Special Delivery: Delivery guaranteed for your chosen date. (see terms).
Airmail: Delivery usually takes from 3 days for Europe and 5 days for the rest of the world. We will aim to deliver for your chosen date, however we cannot guarantee that it will arrive on this date. (see terms).
The postal rate applied to your order is calculated on the weight of your selected goods.Rates start from £1.95.
Please note: The delivery date is only approximate unless you use UK Special Delivery. We recommend that you use the special delivery service for UK orders, which is guaranteed to arrive on your chosen date. For deliveries other than special delivery, we will despatch your order to aim for the requested date, but we do not guarantee that it will arrive on this date. In order to avoid disappointment, we recommend that you choose a delivery date at least one day early as once your parcel is in the hands of the carrier, we have no control over the delivery process and cannot accept liability for any deliveries that do not take place on your selected date.
