What products do you do?

We supply cakes, cupcakes, cookies, cookiepops, cookie cards and edible cake toppers.

Our cakes are round or square and come in mini size which is approximately 4.5" or maxi size which is approx. 7".

However, if you require alternative sizes, perhaps for a party or corporate cake, please contact us.

Cakes are either vanilla sponge or chocolate with a jam centre.

Our cupcakes come in vanilla and/or chocolate sponge in boxes of 6 or 12 and cookies in boxes of 12 or individually wrapped.

Edible cake toppers come in 7.5 inch round, A4 or twelve 2.13 inch circles for cupcakes or cookies.

How long before I need the product do I need to order it?

Our products have different lead times, and these can change depending on the time of year / volume of orders. Usually, we require at least 4 days notice if the item is for UK delivery or 10 days for overseas delivery for cakes, cupcakes, cookies. The calender will show you the first available date. For edible cake toppers turnaround is usually 3 days from order to delivery.

Can I have an item delivered the same or next day?

Unfortunately, no. All our products are made and personalised to order. We have to allow time to make and personalise the item plus the time that it takes for the postal service to deliver it.

How many pieces will I get from a cake?

Our mini cakes will give you 4-8 pieces and maxi cakes approximately 8-25 pieces, dependent on how big you like your slice of cake!

How long will the cake last?

They have a shelf life of about 2 weeks. Some customers have advised that they have kept them for 3 or 4 weeks before eating and they have still been fresh. Our cookies can be kept in an airtight container for 2-3 weeks. Cupcakes are best eaten within 4 days of despatch.

Do you do corporate cakes?

Yes, contact us with your requirements. We have done cakes for many different companies.

Can you supply multiple cakes to different destinations?

Yes we can.

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver worldwide - however before ordering you need to check that the country you want to send the cake to has no customs restrictions on food items.

Can I request delivery for a specific day?

Yes you can, but in order for the item to be guaranteed to arrive on the date requested you need to select the special delivery option. If you select the first class option then we will post the item to aim for the requested date, but we can't guarantee that it will arrive on that date. We suggest that in order to avoid disappointment, you select special delivery where possible.

Can you leave the item in a specified place if no one is home?

Our products are delivered by Royal Mail and require a signature. If no one is home they will possibly try a neighbour's house to see if there is someone that will sign for the item there. If not, the item will be returned to the sorting office and a card will be left so you can contact them to collect or re-arrange delivery.
